    After a really bad run in with COVID I was just feeling 'off'. Tried a whole bunch of different products and remedies, from fasting to mega dosing vitamins, everything under the sun. Stubborn, and refusing to give up I tried this on a whim. Started slow at first with just 1/3 of the recommended amount. To my surprise, within just a couple of days I started to notice a huge improvement. Big increase in energy. My appetite and sleep improved significantly. Within about a month, I was feeling quite a lot better. I've continued now for 5 cycles, taking a few days off every 4-6 weeks. I tried a ton of things, but this absolutely moved the needle more than anything else for me. *
